Two established parts of the city where most of the houses are on their second system and a fair few are on their third.
Westmount and Oakridge are settled, established parts of London rather than anything new, and I am not going to pretend to you that every street in them was built in the same decade, because they were not. What they have in common is that the houses have been around long enough to have been worked on by several different people over the years.
That is the thing I actually deal with. I am rarely looking at an original installation. I am looking at what four different trades did to it over thirty years, and working out what is right, what is merely tolerated, and what wants putting straight.
An extra return here, a run to a converted garage there, a bathroom fan tied into something it should not be. It is worth someone looking at the whole thing rather than only the box that stopped working.
When a house is on its third furnace the ductwork has usually never been reassessed. That is where the comfort complaints come from, not from the new furnace.
Where a chimney used to serve both and now serves one, I check what was left behind. It is quick to look at and occasionally important.
“Mozee thoroughly inspected for gas leaks upon completion. Mozee says, no bubble, no trouble.”

Yes, both. They are an easy run for me.
Of course. I work on whatever is there. I will tell you what I find, including if the last person did a decent job, which happens more often than the internet suggests.
If the house is uneven, noisy, or the furnace short cycles despite being new, ducts are the first suspect. It is a straightforward thing for me to check.
Installation, repairs and service on all of it, tested before I leave.
London and the surrounding area. Just outside it? Ring anyway and I will tell you straight whether I can get to you.
Ring the number. You get Mozee, not a call centre.
