Just outside the city, and the heating conversation is genuinely different out here, because not every house is on natural gas.
Komoka, Kilworth and Ilderton sit in Middlesex Centre, a short run west and north of London. Some properties out this way are on natural gas and some are not, and I am not going to tell you which yours is from a website. What I can tell you is why it matters.
Propane in rural Ontario costs consistently more than natural gas does in town. If you are heating with propane or oil, your cost per unit of heat is high enough that the arithmetic on a heat pump looks completely different from the same conversation inside the city, where cheap gas makes the payback slow.
This is the one worth a proper sit down. On propane or oil, a heat pump is often the single biggest change you can make to a heating bill out here. In town I frequently tell people not to bother. Out here I usually do not.
Shops, garages and outbuildings are far more common than in the city, and heating them is its own job with its own venting and clearance rules.
I would rather be honest about this than pretend. I will tell you on the phone whether I can get to you and when, instead of booking you in and leaving you waiting on a cold morning.

Some are and some are not, and it varies street by street. Ring me and we can work out what you have got before deciding anything.
Very possibly. Propane out here costs a good deal more than natural gas does in the city, which is exactly the situation where a heat pump changes your monthly bill rather than just sounding good.
I do, and I will tell you straight on the phone whether I can get to you and when.
Installation, repairs and service on all of it, tested before I leave.
London and the surrounding area. Just outside it? Ring anyway and I will tell you straight whether I can get to you.
Ring the number. You get Mozee, not a call centre.
