Old North was built for radiators and a lot of it has no ductwork at all. Hyde Park went up in the last twenty years, so everything mechanical in it is reaching the end of its life at the same time. White Oaks has ducting sized for a furnace nobody makes any more. Out towards Komoka and Ilderton, plenty of houses are not on natural gas at all, which changes the answer completely.
