Gas dryers, ranges, new venting, BBQ and garage lines. Everything leak tested before I pack the van.
Adding an appliance is not just running pipe to it. Everything on the system shares the same supply, and if the pipe is undersized the appliance at the end of the run starves. That shows up as a range that will not hold a flame properly, or a furnace that misbehaves only when the dryer is going. I work out what the whole house needs before I add to it, which is why I will sometimes tell you the line has to be bigger than you expected.
Every job I do gets tested before I call it finished. One of my customers put it better than I would: no bubble, no trouble. That is not a slogan, it is the last ten minutes of every single visit.
I am a licensed gas technician. Gas work in Ontario has rules for good reasons, and I do not cut corners on venting, clearances or testing to save an hour. If a job needs doing a certain way I will explain why rather than just billing you for it.
“Mozee thoroughly inspected for gas leaks upon completion. Mozee says, no bubble, no trouble.”

Yes, that is one of the most common jobs I do. A permanent line means no more swapping tanks. Ring me and I will tell you what your particular run looks like.
Please do not. Gas connections need to be made and tested by someone licensed to do it, and the testing is the part that matters. It is not an expensive visit.
Sometimes. Everything on the house shares the supply, so adding a range or a garage heater can starve something else. I check the whole system before adding to it.
Yes, and they are worth doing properly. Venting and clearances are where people get into trouble with those.
London and the surrounding area. Just outside it? Ring anyway and I will tell you straight whether I can get to you.
Installation, repairs and service on all of it, tested before I leave.
